How do I make a claim if I believe I have been mis-sold a PPI Policy?

Find your policy information

  • Gather your policy information together if you can find it.
  • It will be useful to have the Policy Number ready and the Lenders details.
  • If you don’t have the details, don’t worry we can enquiry our your behalf with your lender once we have your permission and explore your complaint by contacting the lender to ask for the information, simply follow step 2 and 3 to get started.

Call Fast PPI

  • Call Fast PPI now on 033 0010 2305.
  • Our friendly staff at Fast PPI will talk to you in detail about your concerns and help you assess whether your policy may have been mis-sold and whether it’s appropriated for you to make a complaint to your lender.

We send out a pack and you complete a form and post back

  • Our advisers at Fast PPI will send out your claims pack.
  • Upon receiving it you’ll need to fill out the form that allows us to manage your complaint on your behalf. If you have any concerns or questions about filling in the form get in touch with your Fast PPI adviser and we will be happy to help where we can.

Fast PPI receive your pack and keep you informed on progress

  • We review your completed information to see if we believe there is any key information missing and we may call you for clarification on some issues.
  • When we are happy it’s appropriate to follow up your complaint, we will deal with your complaint directly with your lender keeping you informed on the progress of your claim as we go.
